Refund Policy

At Elite Thesis Solutions & Assignment Help, we strive
to provide exceptional service and quality. However, we understand there may be
instances where a refund is necessary. Below are the rules and conditions
governing refund eligibility.

General Refund Terms

Refunds are issued only to the original payment source. The
following refund policies apply based on the status and circumstances of your
order:

100% Refund:

1. • Payment Errors: If a duplicate or erroneous payment is made (e.g., identical
     orders, double payment), report it immediately to our Support Team. A
     full refund is possible if the writer has not begun working on the order.
   • No Writer Available: If we cannot assign a writer to your order, a full refund
     will be initiated.
   • Missed Deadlines: If your order is delayed and you no longer need the paper,
     no completed materials will be delivered, and a full refund will be
     issued.

70% Refund:

2. • If you cancel your order after a writer has been assigned, but
     less than 50% of the deadline has elapsed. This compensates the writer
     for the work initiated.

50% Refund:

3. • If you cancel your order after a writer is assigned and more
     than 50% of the deadline has elapsed.
   • If we are unable to provide a writer for a requested revision.

Revision Requests

Requesting a revision implies approval of the completed
order and that only minor changes are needed. Therefore, 100% refunds are not
applicable after a revision has been requested.

• Late Revisions: If a revision is delayed, the refund amount will be
  calculated by our Customer Experience Manager and may not exceed 50% of
  the original order price.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable to:

• Funds from your Store
  Credit Balance.
• Cases where the Quality
  Assurance Department determines the order meets initial
  instructions.
• Optional Services such as VIP Customer Service, Plagiarism Reports, Preferred
  Writers, Editor’s Checks, and similar add-ons.
• Orders that have been approved by the client using the
  “Approve” button.
• Problem Solving or Multiple Choice
  Questions: If the submitted answers are
  less than 50% correct, partial credits may be issued at the discretion of
  the Customer Experience Manager.

Cooling-Off Period

You may cancel your order within 16 days
(“Cooling-Off Refund Period”) after placing it. The following
conditions apply:

• Full Refund: Issued if the writer has not started working on your order
  before cancellation during the Cooling-Off Period.
• Partial Refund: If the writer has started working, you will be charged for
  the portion completed.

Refunds are processed within 16 days of
cancellation and issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
upon.
